Skipping Town for a bit...
Thu, August 6, 2009 My husband surprised me last week with a quick trip to Lake George for my birthday. We are going sans kids for two days. I can't tell you how excited I am to break away from routine and just sit back and breath for a moment.
SOOOO.. that means I am leaving Maccie at home (yes, I named my Mac Book, I am a corn ball). I am also going to try to keep away from email, texting, twitter, facebook, blogs, forums, etc.. (can you say technology addiction)..
I know I normally do my What the Heck? posts on Friday, but I am calling in sick this week. I hope you don't mind. Having said that I am supposed to annouce the winner of the giveaway on Friday, but I am not going to have my lap top, so I can't pick the winner. Which means that I will pick the winner on Monday. Which gives others the opportunity to enter.. SO ENTER HERE... :)
Okay, well, enjoy your weekend!! I am giddy with the fact that I am going to be able to talk to my husband AND take a BILLION pictures..

Have a blast! We are heading to Holland in September sans Mini-Kamp for the first time. I love Lake George. I actually got to the Sagamore once. Holy crap that place is bad ass. Enjoy and Happy Birthday.
